Each color on Bed View shows different status of the reservation. The status that you can see and set are:
New - all reservations made on portals may enter with the status New and will have the violet color on Bed View.
Confirmed - default status of reservation with dark blue color.
Temporary - status that you can set manually if you want to distinguish it from other bookings.
Checked-In
Checked-Out
Arriving - the status is set automatically on the check-in day, orange color.
Leaving - the status is set automatically on the check-out day, green color, similar to the checked-in status
Late - the status is set automatically after the check-out date, orange color on Bed View.
Cancelled - cancelled reservations which you can find in Reservation View
No-Show - reservations marked as No-Show
Some status can be set by the system automatically:
New - it will be set for each new booking from the portal. See here.
Arriving - the status is set automatically on the check-in day, to let you know that the guest will arrive soon.
Leaving - the status is set automatically on the check-out day, to let you know that the guest will be leaving soon.
Late - the status is set automatically after the check-out date.
No-Show - the system can set No-Shows automatically if the guest does not appear in the property on the check-in date. See here.
