No Shows in FrontDesk Master can be set automatically when the guest does not arrive on the check-in day.

Go to Property Settings / General / Preferences and set the Mark as NoShow automatically option to YES:

The No Shows will automatically disappear from Bed View which will adjust the availability.

You can see all reservations with status No Show in Reservation View / No Shows:
