To put or check the guest Credit Card details, open the reservation window and go to the Reservation Details tab or Guest Details tab. There you will find a button Show Credit Card:



Click on the button to enter new cc or display the existing credit card details.



FrontDesk Master receives credit card details from portals:

- Booking.com

- Hostelworld

- Expedia

- Agoda

- Booking Engine




Note:


> Credit card details are stored in the system until two weeks after the reservation's check-out date. Thereafter, they are removed from the system.


> The CVC can be displayed only once, and it is removed after viewing. Nevetheless, you will still be able to charge such credit card from the system.


> In the case of reservations from Booking.com, if the CVC is missing, you may retrieve the information by contacting your Account Manager (or Customer Service Team).
