You can unblacklist a guest from three places:
- Drop down menu on BedView
- Reservation window / Guest Details
- In More menu / Blacklist
You will see a window with all blacklisted guests on your property:
Choose one or more guests and click Unblacklist Guest:
Once you choose one of the mentioned options the system will ask you if you are sure you want to unblacklist the guest.
