In order to add a guest to the blacklist the reservation must contain:


- ID number and

- E-mail address


You can blacklist a guest in three places:


  • In the drop-down menu on BedView



  • In the reservation window / Guest Details




After choosing one of the mentioned options you will see a pop-up window where you can put more information about the problematic guest.



  • In More menu / Blacklist


Click Add Guest To Blacklist button. You will see a new row where you can put the necessary guest details.




The blacklisted guest will be visible this way on BedView (red frame around the reservation):



And this way in the Reservation window (name and surname in red letters):
