In order to be able to sell private rooms per occupancy on Booking.com you need to enable a special price model for your account. Let us know about it to support@frontdeskmaster.com and we will enable it for you.
How can I recognize if it was enabled or not?
If you see a person icon multiplied by the number of guests you will know that the occupancy pricing model is enabled.
In FrontDesk Master make sure to set up the prices for all occupancies in private rooms:
In Channel Manager, in Booking.com plugin, make sure to check the occupancy pricing checkbox for private rooms:
