Minimum Stay restriction can be set through FrontDesk Master on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Hostelworld.


Minimum Stay Through - or minimum length of stay is a restriction which limits availability by specifying the number of nights that must be booked for stays that include the restriction date in any part of the stay date range.


Minimum Stay Arrival - or minimum length of stay is a restriction which limits availability by specifying the number of nights that must be booked for stays that include the restriction date as the arrival date. It is supported by Booking.com only.




Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda


  • Manually in Availability and Rate Calendar:


Select Minimum Stay restriction from the drop-down menu and click on Show to display it on the Calendar. Enter the value of Minimum Stay for selected dates and room, for example, 3 nights, then Save the changes. The restriction will be sent immediately to the portals.



  • Use Bulk Update


Open Bulk Update window in Availability and Rate Calendar and select Restrictions:



Then select dates, rooms and rates which you want to set the restriction and then set Minimum Stay value. When it is done, click on Run or Run and Close button. All changes will appear on the calendar and will be sent immediately to portals.





Hostelworld


In order to set Minimum Stay on Hostelworld, open Availability and Rate Calendar and click on Hostelworld minimum stay button.



In the window select the dates and Minimum Stay value and click on the SET button.



Hostelworld Minimum Stay is not displayed in the Calendar because Hostelworld allows applying the minimum stay only for all the room types at once.





Despegar, HostelsClub


In case of Despegar (Decolar) and HostelsClub, the Minimum Stay restriction should be set directly in portal's back office.
