To start selling extras on your booking engine you should start with creating them in FrontDesk Master (see this tutorial: Setting up sale items for Point of Sale).
After adding a new item you must enable it on BE.
and open BE Settings
Show as free item - you can decide if this item will appear on Booking Engine as a free one.
Price type - you can choose type of the pricing used on Booking Engine
Per Item - The guest can choose how many items he wants.
Per Stay - Only one item will be added to the reservation.
Per Person Per Stay - The amount of items will be the same as the number of guests.
Per Night - The amount of items will be the same as the number of nights.
Per Person Per Night - One item will be adde for each guest for each night he stays. If there are 2 guests and 3 nights, 6 items will be added.
Enable calendar for customer to pick the date (not available at the moment).
Language selector - Also this menu is multilingual. You can put descriptions for each language you want to use on Engine. If any description field, in any language will be left blank Engine will show English version of it for guests using the given language on BE.
Item name on Booking Engine - you can decide what name BE will show for this item. Max characterss - 29.
Short description of the item - here you can add a short description which will be visible next to the item’s name. Max characters - 50.
Long description of the item - here you can add a short description which will be visible in the “details” window. Max characters - 193.
Photo - In this field you can add a photo, which will be visible for guests on Booking Engine. System will automatically resize the photo (longer side will be 460 px, shorter will be scaled appropriately).
