To allow FrontDesk Master to contact guests using their Booking.com email addresses, add frontdeskmaster.com to your property’s approved email domains in the Booking.com Extranet.
Before you start
You will need a Booking.com Extranet account with permission to manage guest messaging security settings. Booking.com will ask you to complete two-factor authentication (2FA).
Add FrontDesk Master as an approved sender
Sign in to the Booking.com Extranet and select your property.
Go to Property → Messaging preferences → Security settings.
Complete the two-factor authentication step.
Under the approved email addresses section, click Add an email address.
Enter the FrontDesk Master domain:
@frontdeskmaster.com
Enter only the domain—not a website URL or an individual email address.
Click Add email address to save.
Check that frontdeskmaster.com appears in your approved list.
Important: Make sure Block all email communication is switched off. If it is on, Booking.com will block emails even from approved senders.
If you manage multiple properties
You can repeat these steps for each property. If your group account offers Apply to all properties, you can use it to apply the approved sender settings across your properties. Review the settings before confirming.
What does this authorization allow?
Approving frontdeskmaster.com allows email addresses using that domain to send messages to your guests through Booking.com’s email system. It does not give FrontDesk Master access to your Booking.com Extranet account.
This setting applies to guests’ Booking.com email addresses. It does not affect emails sent directly to guests’ personal email addresses.
Links are managed separately: approving our email domain does not automatically approve links included in messages.
Still having trouble?
If you cannot find these settings, ask your property’s Booking.com account administrator to make the change.
If emails still do not reach guests, confirm that the domain has been saved and that Block all email communication is off, then contact FrontDesk Master support.
