Once your account at FDM Payments has been created, you will receive an email with the option to set up the password to access the Adyen platform.

How FDM Payments work?
All payments issued in FrontDesk Master as online payments will be processed by Adyen and displayed in the platform.
How to find the list of transactions?
To access the list of your transactions and check payment details, go to the Payments tab. There, you can filter all transactions by dates, amount, or status.
Click on the transaction to see the details of the selected payment.
Where can I check the current account balance?
As the payouts are made daily, the current account balance is the daily transaction sales value. You can check it on the Home tab of Adyen platform as Sales amount of the day.
Can I make a refund directly from Adyen?
Yes, but note that the refund won't be displayed in FrontDesk Master. For refunds, please issue them directly from the reservation using Refund option in the Payments tab:
Where to check the payment refusal reason?
In Adyen platform, go to Payments and click on the refused payment. In payment Overview you can check the acquirer response - if the payment was refused, you will find the reason of the refusal there, e.g., Not enough balance.

When can I find the disputes?
If there are any disputes open, you can find them in the Disputes tab in your Adyen platform:
Where can I manage notifications?
You can subscribe to messages and notifications about fraudulent payments, chargebacks, and other account notifications in System messages tab in your Adyen account. We recommend subscribing to all messages to get notified about important events related to your account.
How does payment risk evaluation work?
Each payment goes through a risk evaluation. Based on that, the transaction gets accepted or blocked by risk, or sent to case management for manual review.
The risk is managed by FrontDesk Master and is not visible to you. In case you need to create a rule to increase risk for specific payments or block a shopper, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org directly.
How to add new users?
You can add and manage users and their permissions in the Users tab in your Adyen platform. In case you can't see the option to add users, please reach out to email@example.com and request adding a new user to your account.
How often are the payouts made?
The payouts are made daily or weekly on weekdays at 0:00 CET. You can check your payout settings in Adyen platform in Account settings in Payout accounts section.
How to change payout account?
In your Account Setting go to the Payout Accounts section and add a new payout account.
Next, enter the new account details and submit the application. Once it's accepted, the payout account will be updated.
Where to find the settlement details report?
The settlement details reports contain every payment that was settled on one or multiple days. In the report, you can check all transactions with all their fees and payout details.
