To enable online payments in your Online Check-in, first make sure that a payment gateway is active. If you are not sure or would like to activate online payments, contact our support team at email@example.com who will search for the best option for your property.
To enable online payments in Online Check-in, go to your Property Settings, to Online Check-in Settings. There you can find the following options:
- Enable online payments and choose your integrated payment gateway
- Decide if payment should be required to make online check-in or optional
Once the online payments are enabled, the guest will be able to pay the reservation balance during the online check-in process.
