To enable online payments in your Online Check-in, first make sure that a payment gateway is active. If you are not sure or would like to activate online payments, contact our support team at who will search for the best option for your property.

To enable online payments in Online Check-in, go to your Property Settings, to Online Check-in Settings. There you can find the following options:

- Enable online payments and choose your integrated payment gateway

- Decide if payment should be required to make online check-in or optional

Once the online payments are enabled, the guest will be able to pay the reservation balance during the online check-in process.
