In order to close the availability at specific hour, go to Settings / Property Settings / Preferences and choose the hour in the line calles Close same day availability at:
When the time comes, the system will close the availability*.
*Please note that the system checks the settings every 10 min. so the date can be closed some minutes earlier that the chosen hour.
