In FrontDesk Master, you can send price estimation to your guests using WhatsApp or by email. You can do that from Book Now button:
First, select the reservation dates and rooms. Check the Total price of the reservation. Next, enter guest WhatsApp number or email address and click Send button.
For WhatsApp, you will be redirected to a WhatsApp page, where you can send a predefined message with all reservation details to a selected phone number.
For email, the system will use the default AvailabilityInfo template. You can edit it and customize the content and title, but keep the template name as AvailabilityInfo. If the template name is changed, it won't work.
