Before you generate the police report for Catalunya, it is necessary to set up the company details in Property Settings. They will be used in the mentioned report.
Once the details are saved, you can generate the report by going to Reports / Guests and Reservations reports and Guest list:
Make sure that all the necessary guest details are entered in the reservations (first name, last name, gender, document type, document number, issue date, nationality, date of birth).
Choose the dates, generate the report and download it. It will be generated in DAT format, ready to upload.
