Lead time report shows the average time between the booking date and the check-in date.

How is it counted?

The formula is the following:

SUM OF THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN BOOKING DATE AND CHECK-IN DATE FROM ALL BOOKINGS / NUMBER OF BOOKINGS

Let's have a look at the exmaple below.

We have six bookings:

* Two of them made on 25.10 with check-in date on 29.10.

* Two of them made on 29.10 with check-in date on 30.10.

* Two of them made on 30.10 with check-in date on 31.10

In the first case we have 4 days diffence for each booking, in the second and third case 1 day differnce for each booking. The total difference between the booking date and the check-in date for all the bookings is 12.

12 / 6 = 2
