The check-in process with the passport scanner is very easy:


1) Once the scanner is installed and enabled, open the reservation you want to check-in.


2) Go to Guest Details, choose the guest you want to import the details for and click on Scan document button:




The system will import the details from the document. It will take less than 10 seconds.


3) Then you can put other details if it's necessary, change the status to checked-in and save the changes.
