In order to create a new email template you need to go to Property Settings / Email & Printouts:
Next, you can:
a. edit the template using the FrontDesk Master built-in editor;
b. paste the html code of the email prepared in another editor.
Note! Microsoft Word should not be used to prepare the html code. It produces the code which will not work well in the emails. Please see for the list of recommended tools below.
You can use one of the platforms below to easily create a nicely looking HTML template with a drag and drop builder:
You can create a free account there and create the email from scratch or using one of their templates. Once your email is ready you can EXPORT it to html file.

Once the file is downloaded open it using NOTEPAD:
Select all the text and copy it, next paste it into FrontDesk Master HTML container click OK and Save the email:
Alternatively you can use emailmonster which doesn't require registration. After creating the email hit Save & Download and follow the instructions to get the html file.
