In order to set which accounts you want to be counted during the Shift Switch you need to go to Property Settings > Financial Settings > Currencies & Accounts. There you will see all the accounts you have in the system:
Here you can choose the account you would like to be counted on Shift Switch and double click it. Then you will see this window, where you can check the option Count during Shift Switch:
