There are multiple ways of searching for a specific transaction in Accounts.
By default, the system will show you all transactions from today or from the currently open shift. You can go to the specific Account or select the dates which you are interested in.
Next, you can narrow down the list of the transactions by selecting the correct categories:
Also, you can simply type e.g., Guest Name or the word from the transaction description and the system will search for the transaction regardless of the filters described in points 1 and 2.
