In order to set up deposits go to Property Management / Item Manager.




Click Add to create new deposit item.



1. Enter deposit Name.

2. Set up default account for deposits.

3. Set up deposit value (you can set up value for each of the currencies).

4. Click Save and Close.



You can also enable collecting ID documents as deposits, decide if you want to track inventory and if the deposit is required for check-in.
