At the top right corner of the screen click on the tool icon and choose the Property Settings, Financial Settings, and then Currencies & Accounts option.



In the bottom of the window, you will see the list of Accounts and Payment Methods.


To add a new account, click on the Add Account button on the right.

You will see the Edit Account window:



1) Place the name of the account.


2) Choose which level of user will be able to view the transactions of this account.

A) Determine if the account is active or not

B) Choose the method of payment that corresponds to each account *

C) Check option C in case you want to it be counted during shift switch.

* In case you want to have more than one account with the same method of payment you can choose it after saving the account.
