Guestbuddy ( is a new app offered by FrontDesk Master's sister company. 

The app allows enhancing customers' experience by providing them with the personalized city guide which presents the city and hotel or hostel's neighborhood from the perspective of the specific ho(s)tel. The app allows creating sections such as: where should you go? what should you eat? where should you party? And each ho(s)tel will have different stories and recommendations to tell its customers.

Furthermore, Guestbuddy allows upselling extra services such as tours or airport pick-up. It was also designed to allow performing online check-ins, collecting payment (via Stripe - regular stripe fees apply), and collecting guest reviews. 

Right now, the guest list needs to be imported manually from FrontDesk Master to Guestbuddy. The procedure is simple and does not have to be done on a daily basis. (The respective solution will be published shortly.) No changes or sales made in Guestbuddy are imported to FrontDesk Master at the moment.

At this moment, due to the COVID19 pandemic, Guestbuddy has been released "as-is" to all customers (regardless of PMS in use) in the freemium model. We encourage customers to use Guestbuddy to stand out between competitors.
